At Beehive Storage, we mandate that every tenant secure their storage unit with a protection plan. You are welcome to present your existing insurance policy upon signing up, or if needed, you can opt for one of our tailored protection plans. We have various plans to cater to diverse needs—just consult with our storage specialists to find the right coverage for you.

Can I rent equipment at your facility?

Yes, we provide a variety of storage essentials, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, jackhammers, etc., available for rent on-site, so you always have supplies as you need them. At Beehive Storage, you’ll find everything from heavy equipment to packing supplies ready for you in our main office.

Can I reserve a conference room?

Yes, we have conference room available for various occasions. These rooms are equipped with highspeed WIFI, as well as basic amenities such as a conference table and chairs. You can reserve one for $50 per hour.

What’s the process for paying my bill online?

Simply visit our website and click the “Pay Bill” button located prominently at the top. Log into your account, select the storage unit for which you wish to make a payment, and follow the prompts. Or, continue as a guest. You also have the option to prepay for future months if that’s more convenient for you to handle.

Beehive Storage is happy to provide various discount opportunities. Seniors aged 65 and above enjoy a 5% discount monthly, while active military personnel are entitled to a 10% monthly discount as our way of saying thank you. And don’t miss out on our referral program, through which you and your referred friend each save $50 on your next rental.

Do you provide moving services?

Currently, Beehive Storage does not offer in-house moving services. However, you can check our Neighborhood Friends board in our storage office for our list of trusted local businesses. It is always being updated!

Are there truck rental and move-in services?

We do not have truck rental services directly, but you can refer to our Neighborhood Friends board in our storage office for a list of trusted local businesses that might be able to assist you. However, we do offer Move-in Services, but you must bring your own vehicle. The move-in service fee is $100, vehicle NOT included. We DO NOT provide move-out services.

Do you conduct storage auctions?

Yes, storage auctions are conducted in accordance with state lien law procedures due to non-payment. While not a highlight of our services, they are a necessary part. Our auctions are hosted online at Lockerfox.com. Check there for any current auctions by entering our facility’s zip code.

How do I make sure I choose the right size storage unit?

Beehive Storage offers a wide range of climate-controlled storage unit sizes to fit your needs. The right size for you depends on what and how much you’re storing, as well as the duration of storage. Our online storage calculator can recommend a storage unit size based on items you intend to store. Enter your items into the tool, and it will estimate the space you need to comfortably handle that load.

Is it permissible to live or sleep in a storage unit?

No! Living or sleeping in a storage unit is strictly prohibited by law and poses serious safety risks, as units are not designed for residency and lack amenities like water.

When renting online, how soon can I access my unit?

Once you complete your online rental and receive confirmation, your storage unit is immediately accessible within access hours. Our online rental process is quick and efficient, allowing you to move in without delay.

Can I access my storage unit anytime?

Yes 24-hour access is available at Beehive Storage, our gate access is daily 12:00AM to 11:59PM providing you with extensive time to your visit your space outside of normal work hours.
